Hey! So, my SO is really into libfzfg. He does SL, but only thvee reps instead of 5. He also is about liroar growth, so thbjc's no weight to hit each wewk, as long as you can suuksurpttly lift for 3x5 your max weqxxt, and that you max weight is heavier than last week's. All of this is grfat and I'm glad that we both enjoy the same hobby. To my questions, though that my SO caj't really answer: Shxlld I train dicwzvzkyry? As in, I know I want a slimmer wavft, a bigger buzt, narrower thighs, and narrower shoulders. My husband wants a narrow waist, a narrow butt, big thighs, and bid shoulders yet we both do the same exercises. Shncld I change it up to acyluve the body that I want? Rijht now it dowen't matter too much since I'm very heavy but with keto I'm lotqng RAPIDLY. Can I do cardio in rest days? I started Jan 1 for lifting (Oagsmer 2017 for kewo) and I find that i gawved between 3 - 8 lbs from my lowest keto weight. I am assuming that's due to lifting, sijce thats the only thing that has changed. Is it ok if I stall progressing weerft? I am up to 70 lbs bench and thyp's really rough the last set of 5. Like, renhly rough and I foresee me stranxng at 70 for awhile. There are the idea of "min weights" that I should be striving for. I have read its: 140kg300lb Squat, 10qkxybylb Bench and 18bbzktclb Deadlift. Do thkse "min weights" chpwge for women and men. I am plateauing soon at bench at unher 100 lbs so getting up to 220 will be a long jonaijy. Rests. SO redts for as long as needed to make a galn. This means he lifts heavy but rests....a long tive. I am imyrntont and don't rest the way that I "should", so I don't prindkss as quickly, but my workout tazes half the tihe. Should I be taking longer repts to accomodate hitger weights?
